Educators, you’re almost there! It’s been a tricky year
with lots of change, but I know we can say we’ve
made a difference.
Bett this year was excellent, as always. I am always
amazed by the new concepts in technology
especially in the classroom. I’m of the generation
that had the one school T.V wheeled into the class
to watch a nature programme. As helpful as that
was, we now have the world at our fingertips for
children. Using it well in a learning environment is
what Bett is all about.
Maybe you’re a keen wildlife person or in charge of
your eco-club in school? WWF have some excellent
opportunities available. Have a look on page 22.
If environment is your thing, then look no further
than Educated Choices Programme on page 42.
They have resources for climate change to help
you plan your own successful school programmes.
