dietary habits after learning about these technologies.
Furthermore, 60% indicate an interest in trying plantbased and cultivated meat products, demonstrating
that education directly in昀uences openness to

of education9s greatest purposes: preparing young
people to embrace a better world than the one they
inherited.
When students understand these impacts, they9re
empowered to make choices aligned with their values.
Our surveys indicate that after our presentations,
55% of students report greater consideration of the
environmental impact of their food choices, while 45%
express increased concern for animal welfare issues
in food production, and an impressive 82% listed
personal health bene昀ts as a motivator for examining
their diets.
